Biography
James Cato was the Director of the Florida Sea Grant College during the Jensen Beach Campus transition. He corresponded with multiple members of Florida Institute of Technology faculty in order to ensure that all Florida Sea Grant equipment given to the university was disbursed to other universities or put to use.
