Biography
Lavergne Williams (1918-2010) of Itta Bena, MS, moved to Brevard County in 1956. In addition to his time with Radiation, Inc., Williams was a Registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and Florida. He also taught electrical engineering at the University of Connecticut and the University of Pittsburgh, both his alma maters.

The Ray Penn papers consist two document boxes of textual, photographic, and physical materials from 1954-1983 (bulk 1960-1975), relating mostly to the administrative and historical aspects of Radiation, Inc.’s business throughout this time period.
