Roger Manley was the Dean of the School of Management at Florida Institute of Technology from 1988-1990 and Associate Dean and Chair of Management Department at Florida Institute of Technology from 1980-1988. He was also a respected profesor at the Air Force Institute of Technology in Dayton, Ohio.
