Biography
Steven Evans was an IBM executive. He was head of the IBM Tallahassee office when Skellings was designing a new IBM Token Ring network for the Florida House of Representatives Automation Project. Later, Evans recommended Skellings be appointed an IBM Consulting Scholar. The two men had deep respect for each other.
